Outsourcing Web Hosting Support: 6 Reasons Why It Makes Sense

In last two years, we have seen a growing momentum for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), both in terms of the technology itself and in the ways, it is delivering innovative growth and profits to the user organizations. Automation is expanding faster and further than ever.

Following are a few key trends we have observed with our major customers:

  • Automation is coming into its own as an essential enterprise technology with RPA at its center.
  • It is expanding its role in the way people work together in teams. Organizations are now looking at automation as a key component for creating a multiskilled digital workforce, with automation bots being a part of the team.
  • Intelligent automation now largely depends on cooperation, not competition.
  • It is introducing innovations that will hold potential to transform the technology and several industries.
  • Companies are making the transition from RPA services to a subscription-based model.
  • With this background, it is winning over new champions in the C-suite of organizations.

The global pandemic of 2020-21 along with the ensuing economic crisis, recession fears are making more organizations accelerate their focus on automation.

Automation is expanding faster and further than ever, delivering innovative growth + profits to the user organizations

I was reading Databricks CEO’s interview with the Wall Street Journal and couldn't agree more with what he said:

Automation and AI May Be Safe From Tech Budget Cuts, Says Databricks CEO

  • Prominent AI use cases complement RPA strategies (and vice versa).
  • Tools & technology that CIOs (Chief Information Officers) can provide to the business to find inefficient processes or to simplify operations can only help companies ride out a bad economy.
  • Demand for AI and data analytics to make automation "Intelligent" too is running high, as tougher economic conditions are prompting more companies to adopt software that promises to drive better business decisions.
  • Understandably if you have cost pressures on you, the last thing you want to do is cut automation. The things that make you more efficient, you don’t want to cut.

We are seeing a growing trend of RPA cementing its role as the core enabler of a 'Future Ready Organization'.
